This is a beginner-friendly 3 weekly session meditation and mindset course to help you break free from anxious overthinking, self-doubt, and spiralling thoughts — aka the monkey mind. Through simple, accessible meditations and mindset tools, you’ll learn how to relate to your thoughts differently, calm mental chatter, and come back to the present moment with more peace and perspective.
No experience needed. This course is for anyone who wants to quiet their mind, feel more emotionally balanced, and learn tools that actually work.
