Join us for a calming and supportive four-week course designed to introduce you to the mindful practices of yoga, with a focus on enhancing mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Each weekly session combines gentle movement, breath work, and mindfulness techniques—perfect for beginners or anyone looking to slow down and reconnect. No prior yoga experience is required.

Recordings will be available if you’re unable to attend live.
Between sessions, you’ll also receive access to short, guided practices (10–20 minutes) to support a simple and nourishing daily routine. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, find balance, or simply take a mindful pause each week, this course offers a gentle path inward.
