MINDFUL FLOW YOGA
A slower paced yoga flow to mindfully stretch, move and breathe.
SUPER SLOW YOGA
For those who need to take things super slow. Suitable for beginners, seniors and those
who want or need to go slow. PROPS: Yoga Blocks
YANG TO YIN YOGA
A well balanced mid-week reset that steadily flows and moves towards stillness held in yin yoga poses.

MEDITATION
A guided group meditation class to ease your mind and re-connect with your body. You can meditate sitting or lying down & at your desk or at home.
RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA
A deeply restful style of yoga. Poses are done seated or lying down. Letting props and gravity do the work for you, relax and release tension in the connective tissue body, nervous system and mind by letting go. PROPS: Blocks, Bolster, Blanket
